Learn to Skate

Learn to skateboard Hong Kong | Tung Chung Skateboarding

I have been skating on and off for about 24 years now. Skateboarding has been a great outlet for me, both as a kid and as an adult. The many memories & friendships I've made through skating are ones that I'll cherish forever.

It's the freedom to express yourself, the feeling that anything is possible, the positive mindset, that I would like to pass on to the next generation of skaters.

In 2019, I decided to pick up a board again and teach myself all the tricks that I couldn't land when I was younger. Being that Hong Kong has a lot of skateparks, it would be foolish not to take advantage of that! I now have a whole bag of knowledge on how to approach skateboarding and how to teach it.

I take safety as my highest priority, and break down each trick into bite sized exercises to build muscle memory before taking the student to bigger obstacles and tricks. It's the philosophy of learning how to walk before you run, learning the building blocks of how to skate before pushing it to harder tricks.

My aim is to provide a safe and fun environment for the kids to learn, while also pushing them to learn things just a little out of their comfort zone.

Keep pushing forward.
