Shipping is free for orders around Asia! We also offer a flat rate of HK$50 for international orders. For any questions on the rates and taxes please get in touch at gahyaoclothing@gmail.com

All orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, and placed through Hong Kong Post. Delivery time will take 7 to 21 days depending on your location.

All orders are final once the payment is confirmed and approved. We will review each request on a case to case basis and exchange them if the product is defective or if the order isn't correct (wrong size, color, design).

To report any damages, please take a photo of the full tshirt and a close-up of the damaged area and send through to gahyaoclothing@gmail.com, we will need to review the product photo before we process the exchange.

Items need to be fresh out of the packaging, unworn or unwashed and sent back with 30 days of ordering.

All sizes come with a loose fit. We've gone through several rounds of sampling to ensure that the threads come as comfortable and as soft as possible.

We currently stock Small to XL sizes. Email us at gahyaoclothing@gmail.com if you're looking for additional sizes, we're seeing if there is a demand them outside of the ones mentioned.

We've gone through several rounds of sampling to make sure that the quality of thread and paint are of top quality.

Each shirt is made out of 100% ring-spun cotton (180gsm) and are preshrunk to avoid shrinkage when washed.

We work closely with our factory to screenprint each design, and make sure that it's set through a high heat dryer to set the paint. For Batch no.1 we've decided to go with water based ink to give a softer touch to the print.

As with any piece of clothing, it will wear down over time. We've listed out some tips below to help ensure your tshirt lasts as long as possible.

1. Wash with cold water (30°C)
2. Wash inside out
3. Do not bleach
4. tumble dry low
5. Iron inside out (do not iron directly on the print)

When in doubt, research first on best ways to wash cotton shirts.

We run very limited number of prints for each design, when it's sold out - it means it's gone forever (or for a very long time at least!), we will do new prints of our core products and logo tees.

We insist for you buy a shirt when you see it, as there is no guarantee it will be reprinted in the future.
